REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Proposals are hereby invited from interested service providers for the establishment of a laundromat services for student residence at Waterberg TVET College Lebowakgomo campus for a period of 24 months (2 years)

Waterberg TVET College Engineering skills and training centre in Lebowakgomo has a student residence with more than 200 occupants. The purpose of the laundromat establishment is to make it convenient for students at the student residence to wash, dry and iron their laundry.

The suitable service provider should be able to provide washing machines, washing detergents, dryer, iron and ironing boards.

The service provider will be liable for a rental fee determined by the college per month.

The following documents must accompany your proposal:

·       Copy of CK certificate must be attached indicating member's names and percentage ownership within the enterprise,

·       Valid tax compliant letter with PIN

·       BBBEE Certificate/ A sworn affidavit

·       Completed and signed SBD 6.1: Preference point claim form in terms of the preferential Procurement Regulation 2022

·       Completed and signed SBD 4: Declaration of interest

·       Proof of CSD registration Report

·       Valid COIDA certificate (Indicating Laundry service or Related Service as core business)

·       Comprehensive proposal to Waterberg TVET College   

·       Company profile

·       Completed Pricing schedule

Waterberg TVET College promotes fair competition among suppliers. Any form of bid-rigging or collusive bidding will be unacceptable. Bidders will be disqualified.

Suppliers must submit their quotations and all attachments by hand to Waterberg TVET College Central office at Cnr Hooge & Totius streets, Chroompark, 0600 or can alternatively be sent by email to: rfq@waterbergcollege.co.za

Waterberg TVET College does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any quotation. The right is reserved to accept any tender in whole or in part and re-advertise this quotation any time after the closing date.
